How we keep downtime to a minimum
- 1. Site survey. We visit both addresses, check lifts, loading bays and access windows, and agree the move date with your building managers.
- 2. Move plan. Desks and crates are numbered against the new floor plan so everything lands where it belongs, with no guesswork on unpacking.
- 3. Out-of-hours move. The crew works evenings, overnight or across a weekend so staff never lose a working day.
- 4. Set up and check. Furniture is reassembled, IT is reconnected and we walk the floor with you before signing off.
